FLEX: Cecilia André and Deborah Bright is on view at The Yard, Williamsburg Bridge through January 15, 2021. Curated by Audra Lambert, this exhibit brings together works by two artists whose work explores bright hues and the ability of materials and concepts to stretch beyond their usual boundaries. FLEX offers a chance for expansion: the ability to transcend the limits of the everyday and dive into the imagination. Artworks on view stretch bold patterning, vibrant hues and the limits of materiality and abstraction to offer new directions from which to consider the known as unknown.
